Salaah Times:

There will be two salaahs for Eid-ul-Fitr

  • First Eid salah will be at 6:30 am
  • Second Eid salah will be at 8:30 am

Fajr salah on Eid day will be at 5:20 am

The car park will be closed before Fajr salaat and will re-open just before Dhur salaah.


Sadaqatul Fitr: £5.60 Per Person

Please ensure Sadaqatul Fitr is paid before Eid Salaah in the allocated box in the Masjid.


Eid Parking Arrangements

Alhamdulillah, we are pleased to inform you that Hackney Council has approved our request for the 2026 Eid-ul-Fitr Festival for the specified locations as detailed below. 

The parking suspension has been approved from 06:00 to 23:00 hours for 4 days (20th march to 23rd march 2026).  

  • Kenninghall Road
  • Thistlewaite Road
  • Mildenhall Road
  • Brooke Road
  • Newick Road
  • Atherdan Road
  • Cotesbach Road
  • Thornby Road
  • Fletching Road
  • Wattisfield Road,
  • Nightingale Road
  • Cornthwaite Road
  • Lea Bridge Road
  • Prout Road E5
  • Powell Road E5
  • Single Yellow Lines on Lower and Upper Clapton Road (South of Clapton Pond Yellow lines only - Not Red route)
The parking exemption granted for religious events does not extend to certain specific locations listed below. If a vehicle is parked in contravention of these restrictions, it may be subject to a Penalty Charge Notice, and there is also a possibility that the vehicle could be removed from the street.
 
  • Parking in personalised permit bays for disabled drivers (these bays are indicated by signs displaying a 5 digit number, for example “00001”)
  • Parking in disabled bays (without valid disabled badge).
  • Parking in Estate Permit Bays (these bays are indicated by signs displaying a ‘Z’ prefix and a number, for example, “Z12”).
  • Parking on yellow lines.
  • Parking on footways.
  • Parking on zig-zag crossings.
  • Parking adjacent to dropped kerbs or raised carriageways.
  • Parking in suspended bays.
  • Parking in solo motorcycle bays (unless a solo motorcycle).
  • Parking in electric vehicle bays (unless an electric car and charging with applicable permit).
  • Parking in bus stops or bus stands.
  • Parking in Car Club Bays.
  • Parking in Cycle Hire Only bays.
  • Parking on yellow school ‘keep clear’ markings.
It is important to add that the exemption does not apply to Bus Lanes, No Entry restrictions, Low Traffic Neighbourhoods, School Streets and any other moving traffic restrictions such as banned turns, one way streets etc.
All vehicles must comply with the restrictions in place.
